Salvation
Do you know Jesus?
He knows you. He made you. You are so special to Him. Unique. Like no other. He made you for just this time and place in history. And most of all, He loves you. God sent His only son, Jesus, to die on a cross so that He could have a relationship with you. He has a special plan for your life. No matter what has happened in your past or where you are right now. No matter the things you have done wrong or the things you have done right. Will you come to Him today?
Repent, ask for and accept His forgiveness, turn away from your sins, accept Him as your Savior, ask Him into your heart and life today. There is no better time than right now. Right now. He is waiting for you with open arms.
Pray this prayer in faith if you have never invited Jesus to be Lord over your life and to experience His presence daily.
Dear Heavenly Father,
I come to You in the Name of Jesus. You said in your Word:
"...that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in you heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation...For whoever calls upon the name of the Lord will be saved." (Romans 10:9,13)
I believe in my heart that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.
I believe He was crucified, died, was buried and was raised from the dead.
I ask You, Jesus, to come into my heart now and become the Lord of my life.
I thank You, Lord, for saving me now.
Once you have accepted Jesus as your personal Savior, we recommend that you get a Bible to begin developing your relationship with Him. Begin with the Gospels: Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. These will help you learn of the love of God who sent His only Son, Jesus, to pay the price for our salvation. Next, read the letters written directly to the church to help us learn how to live a righteous life, pleasing to God. These letters, called epistles, include Romans, I and II Corinthians, Galatians, Ephesians, etc.
